Our Story

Welcome to our family website! We're the Pienaars - a family of five living in the beautiful coastal city of Gqeberha (formerly Port Elizabeth) in the Eastern Cape, South Africa.

Our home is nestled near the picturesque Little Walmer Golf Estate, where we enjoy the perfect blend of urban convenience and natural beauty. The Eastern Cape's stunning beaches, rich history, and warm community make it an ideal place to raise our family.

We love spending time together - whether it's exploring the nearby beaches, enjoying family braais (South African barbecues), or cheering on our favorite sports teams. Our home is filled with laughter, love, and the occasional friendly competition!

This website is our way of sharing our family adventures, milestones, and the beauty of our corner of South Africa with friends and family near and far.

Tony Pienaar

Dad & Family Anchor

Tony is the rock of our family. When he's not working, you'll find him on his bike possibly even on the golf course at Little Walmer, or perfecting his braai skills. He's our family's biggest supporter and the one who keeps us all grounded.

Louise Pienaar

Mom & Family CEO

Louise is the heart of our home. She juggles a thousand things at once with grace and a smile. Whether she's organizing family outings or creating delicious meals, she does it all with love. Her superpower is making our house feel like a home.

Brandon Pienaar

Eldest Son & Future Mr Universe

Brandon is our responsible one. He's passionate about fitness. When he's not in the gym, you'll find him playing games or helping his dad with DIY projects around the house.

Maxine Parker

Daughter & Creative Spirit

Maxine is our animal lover. Her room is a rainbow of creativity, and she has a special way with our pets. Maxine keeps us all laughing with her quick wit and imaginative stories.

Jonathan Pienaar

Youngest Son & Energy Bundle

Jonathan is our fitness startup. His curiosity and enthusiasm are contagious. John keeps us all young with his boundless energy.

Our Home in Gqeberha

We're proud to call Gqeberha (formerly Port Elizabeth) our home. Located in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa, our city offers beautiful beaches, rich history, and a wonderful community spirit.

Our home is near the Little Walmer Golf Estate, which provides a beautiful green space for our family to enjoy. We're just a short drive from some of the most beautiful beaches in South Africa, including Hobie Beach and Pollok Beach.

The Eastern Cape is known as the "Friendly Province" and we love sharing its beauty with visitors. From the Addo Elephant National Park to the historic Donkin Heritage Trail, there's always something new to explore.
